Something very new and exciting happened to me last night.
After several years of wanting to do it, at 7:30PM, I actually began my very first Yoga lesson. It lasted for two hours and I loved every minute of it.
I am totally excited to go again next week. My teacher is excellent and holds the lesson [...]
